🤝 How referrals are tracked

Onboarding patients is straightforward. The app uses their unique Device ID to connect clinic referrals:

  1. Get your Practice Code: You receive a custom affiliate code (for example, DRSMITH) for your clinic.
  2. Patient downloads app: Patients download the app from Google Play, navigate to the Account screen, and retrieve their Device ID.
  3. Subscribe online: Patients visit this website, select a subscription package, and enter your affiliate code during checkout.
  4. System credits clinic: The subscription is automatically registered with your clinic, and your referral commission is updated.
Direct Link Integration: You can send patients to a pre-filled activation URL. For example:
